Hi, I’m Nichole! Since high school, photography has been a creative passion of mine. After taking multiple photography classes and developing an eye for composition, lighting, and detail, I found a way to combine that passion with my experience in the real estate industry. Working in real estate administration has given me firsthand knowledge of what agents need when marketing a listing — from quick turnaround times and strong communication to clean, professional images that help homes stand out online.
